The massage was very helpful as well, as they focus on your trouble spots. Same with the stretching. I really do feel great after my visit and I am already planning on going back later this week. After your first visit, an appointment is not needed, you can just walk right in. My wife also goes here, which is who referred me, and she loves it too.
